General Conditions of Donation

LegalConfidence.org — Private Membership Association (PMA)

1. Nature of the Association

LegalConfidence.org operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA), organized in the private domain for the educational, charitable, and member-support purposes of its members.

The Association functions under the constitutionally protected rights of private association, contract, and free speech. It is not a public organization, law firm, or government-regulated entity.

2. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

All materials, information, courses, workshops, and communications shared by LegalConfidence.org are provided for educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by the Association, its Trustees, or members constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Each member and donor is solely responsible for their own personal, financial, and legal decisions.

Participation in or donation to the Association does not create an attorney-client relationship, nor any professional advisory obligation.

3. Voluntary Donations

All funds, assets, or property transferred to LegalConfidence.org are accepted as voluntary donations.

Donations are not payments for goods or services, and do not establish a commercial, fiduciary, or debtor-creditor relationship between the donor and the Association.

4. Agreement to Membership Terms

By making a donation to LegalConfidence.org, the donor acknowledges and agrees that:

* They are acting in a private capacity;

They have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the *Member Agreement** of LegalConfidence.org;

* Their participation and donations are subject to the terms, bylaws, and jurisdiction of the PMA.

5. Purpose of Donations

Donations are applied toward advancing the mission and private objectives of the Association, including but not limited to:

* Educational programs promoting contract literacy, trust formation, and lawful self-governance;

* Development and distribution of private educational materials;

* Maintenance and operations of the PMA, including administrative and member support functions;

* Community outreach and events that support members in the pursuit of financial and personal sovereignty.

6. Non-Refundable Nature

All donations are final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated toward the ongoing activities and purposes of the Association. Refunds may only be issued with express written consent of an authorized Trustee.

7. Private Domain and Confidentiality

All transactions, records, and communications are private and remain within the jurisdiction of the PMA. Such information is not subject to public disclosure or external audit, except as may be required by due process of law.

8. No Ownership or Control Conferred

Donations do not grant the donor any ownership interest, voting right, or managerial control in the Association. Governance and decision-making authority remain vested in the Trustees and authorized officers of LegalConfidence.org.

9. No Tax or Legal Determinations

LegalConfidence.org does not guarantee any tax-deductible status for donations. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax or legal professionals regarding the treatment of their contributions.

10. Jurisdiction and Venue

All donations and related agreements are entered into within the private jurisdiction of LegalConfidence.org PMA. Any dispute arising from a donation shall be resolved exclusively through the Association’s private arbitration and dispute-resolution process, not in public courts.

11. Acknowledgment

By making a donation, the donor affirms that they:

* Understand and agree to these General Conditions of Donation;

* Recognize that the Association operates privately for educational purposes only;

* Accept that they are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes; and

Agree to be bound by the *LegalConfidence.org PMA Member Agreement**.
