By becoming a member(s) of Legal Confidence (“Association”), a Private Member(s) Association, and/or participating in any website or social media group established, managed, or organized by the Association, I Accept the terms and conditions outlined in the Legal Confidence Agreement.

1. The goal of this Association of member(s) states that we aim to provide a platform for the Founders of Private Member(s) Association and all member(s) to engage in various private business activities with the Association and other member(s). We aim to keep all transactions confidential, leveraging the protections afforded by the United States Constitution, in the Republic. Our mission is to ensure that member(s) can operate in the private while benefiting from our unalienable God given rights, the rights and protections recognized and upheld by the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, Northwest Ordinance, Constitution for these united States of America, Bill of Rights, Public Law 97-280-October 4, 1982, and any prior guarantees.

We Affirm and Accept the Holy Scriptures, the Constitution for the united States for America, the constitutions of the individual states, ensure our member(s) possess the rights to absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the ability to come together for lawful purposes aimed at supporting one another in asserting our rights as protected by these documents. This includes but is not limited to, the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, the right against self-incrimination, and the right to exercise all other unalienable rights granted by our creator, our almighty God, and safeguarded by these constitutions and statutes. WE HEREBY DECLARE that we are exercising our right to “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the United States Constitution, in the Republic, and similar provisions in state constitutions, along with the American Bill of Rights. Consequently, our Association's activities are confined to the private and are outside the jurisdiction of: including but not limited to, government entities, agencies, departments, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives. All member(s) have the fundamental right to choose which Association member(s) they believe can provide sound guidance and advice on various issues, including but not limited to physical, spiritual, and mental health care, legal matters, and more. Member(s) are free to seek and accept counsel, advice, and guidance from those they trust to offer appropriate support and assistance.

2. Member(s) evoke the right to select and engage in any form of assistance related to wellness matters and other private contracts and agreements. Once ratified by the members the board of trustees evoke the right to select and engage in any form of assistance related to wellness matters and other public contracts and agreements on behalf of the PMA.

3. The Association will acknowledge any man, woman or entity that are in alignment with stated goals that has become a member of this Association and any group established and overseen by it, as long as they agree with these, goals, principles and policies. This recognition is contingent upon the individual not being sanctioned, expelled, or otherwise prohibited by the Association. Additionally, the Association may offer platforms for its members to connect and work towards achieving the previously stated goals.

4. Member acceptance in the Legal Confidence and any of its subsidiary groups can be revoked by the Association's Trustees or their appointed representative(s) at any time if they determine that a member's interactions with them or other members are harmful or inconsistent with the Association's goals and principles.

5. I recognize that this Association is shielded by the First, Fifth and Tenth Amendments of the united States Constitution in the Republic, which means it falls outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State, including but not limited to, departments and agencies regarding any complaints or grievances against its member(s) or staff.

All complaints or grievances will be addressed by a designated committee or tribunal of the Legal Confidence. The appointed committee will consist of either 3 or 5 members depending upon availability. The committee, or tribunal will meet in person, mail or by electronic means or a combination thereof. The committee, or tribunal must reach a decision within 30 days from the time they convene on the issue and must present a written decision to all parties involved. Each member of the committee, or tribunal must not have a conflict of interest, directly or indirectly. All decisions are final and based on the maxims of equity. Selection of the committee, or tribunal will be chosen by lottery.

I agree not to take any legal action against another member of Legal Confidence, unless that member has put i in danger, or did cause damage or harm to i, and only with the approval of the committee or tribunal.

I willingly enter into this agreement without any form of threat, duress or coercion.

I have reviewed and comprehend this member agreement and my questions have been thoroughly addressed to my satisfaction.

I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw from this agreement and cancel my member participation in this association at any time. Additionally, my member participation may be revoked if I exhibit, including but not limited to, abusive, violent, threatening, destructive, or harassing behavior toward any member of the association verified by the written decision of the committee or Tribunal, and I understand that I forfeit any and all member donations.

6. I confirm that I do not act on behalf of any Local, State, Federal, foreign, department or agency that is responsible for regulating or approving products or services, nor do I engage in any third party enforcement, entrapment, or investigative activities. If this changes at any time I will identify and reveal this to the Legal Confidence.

7. This document represents the complete agreement regarding my member participation in Legal Confidence.

I acknowledge that this contract started on the day I became a member of Legal Confidence. I confirm that by joining this Association and/or its websites and/or social media groups, I have thoroughly reviewed this document and I understand and accept its terms.
